well i've been underneath the JK checking, lubing, re-tightening and everything else. some one told me to spray WD-40 into the wheel wells to prevent mud from sticking as well as dirt , im gonna give it a try B4 i wheel on saturday....
I installed Hella windshield lights but punked out on the wiring could not seem to figure out how to connect wire to the high beam wire
so no one make fun of my non functioning windshield lights
See you all on saturday, bright n early....

I would not recomend doing that. The underneath of the wheel well is black plastic. The first thing you are going to notice is you will get spots from the spray. The other thing to consider is that WD-40 is petrolium based, this will break down the plastic over time.

Just my 2 cents.

I always thought the point was to be as covered in mud as you can anyway!

I remember being chased out of the self serve car wash by the owner because I had too much mud on my Jeep. Kind of silly, because I just drove up the road to his other car wash.

Sorry to say I may not be able to make it now I have go on a trip for work and I'm not sure if I'll be able to manage both. I'm hoping to just do a saturday only but it's a 4 hour drive for me so it will be tough.

Hopefully I'll see everyone saturday, if not have a good weekend.
