I'm seriously considering coming.
I have some off road experience. However, I've never been to Rausch Creek and I'm not willing to trash my vehicle.
Any idea how my completely stock 2011 JK 2 door will handle green/blue trails, assuming I know how to drive?
I'm in Salisbury, MD. Anyone from the Eastern Shore of DELMARVA interested in caravaning to Rausch Creek early Friday 11/25 morning?

1st timers/Newbies and stockers:
This is about having fun, we don't want to destroy anyone's vehicle. Yes there is an inherent danger when going offroad, but if you take your time, and listen, you can lessen the danger. That said, things happen, and unfortunately damage can occur. But follow these steps and you'll have a great day on the trail and minimize the damage.
1) sign up for the proper group.
2) don't do anything you don't feel comfortable with.
3) listen to your trail leader.
4) listen to only 1 spotter! at an obstacle. I don't want you to do any damage to your jeep.
5) if stuck, just stop. We'll get you out.
6) as slow as possible, as fast as necessary is the best advice I've ever gotten.
7) the only dumb questions are the ones not asked. Seriously, ask away on anything.
8) HAVE FUN! If you look like you're about to have a coronary in the parking lot, this might not be for you!
See everyone (Thursday Night) or Friday am.
