Even just in the few months since I have joined, I have noticed a lot of new NC/SC members sign up. So I thought I would start a thread for chat and maybe it will lead to wheeling/wrenching events or just trash talk if needed :bleh: Local motivation and helping hands are always a nice bonus that the "Jeep thing" provides.

Anyway, I have a Rescue Green 2-door Rubicon and live/work in the Triangle and spend weekends at the coast. As soon as a warmer weekend hits, I have a stack of lift components and armor to be installed. Wave if you see me on the road! :wave:

Just ordered my tires...Anyone in the triangle area have a good tire installer? I will have new 315/70 DuraTracs, new AEV Pintlers and TPMS that I don't want to store in the garage any longer and would like to have on my JK ASAP!

Im here in Jacksonville, NC. Hoping to see more of the 100 or so Jeeps in Camp Lejeune in this forum.

Thanks for the info...they are building one near where I live but I'll try to find another close one since it won't be open any time soon.

I had good luck with the Mr. Tire on Fayetteville for the tire install. Now I just need to get the lift on so I can put them on the JK.

Silver 4dr Rubicon. Between Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Fayetteville all the time. Tons of Jk's on the road!

Raleigh here, see tons of JKs, trying to start spotting people, get something going in the area

I'll keep an eye out for detonator yellow, shouldn't be too hard to spot! :cool:

Conway SC we have a red with green fenders tj, dark green jk, and a silver with red cladding zj. We will be at Burky's on 38th in Myrtle Beach this saturday the 9th at 1pm till we leave usually around 4 or so.

I have made business cards that I use to tag jeeps letting them know of our meeting in MB. and I also put it as a for sale ad on craigslist. we gotten a few peeps that way.

I read that it opens March 29th and the "Uwharrie OHV Jamboree" is on the 30th.

I am planning on Uwharrie for opening weekend. Jamboree is on that Saturday.
