Bloody Ponds is indeed private property. It was slated for a huge development before the economy tanked. It was in bankruptcy/foreclosure for some time and has now been acquired by another developer. My company has been invited to bid on the work. It won't be long before it is developed.

Anyone who enters knows they are trespassing due to the fact you are going through gates to get in.

Obviously the current owners or bank that has it doesn't care or they would close it and lock it off.

People have been going there for atleast 25 years that I know of.

Go and have a good time but don't go alone. Some bad shit goes down there on a regular basis.

Never ever leave your vehicle there if you get stuck. You will come back to a charred shell of a vehicle for sure
