I dont think i have ever been spotted either. That might be a good thing 
I have only ever seen one JK with the forum stickers, but it wasnt here in WNY, it was over by the Finger Lakes. There are some really nice JK's in the area, but they are very few and far between, almost every one i see is just about bone stock.

I saw a Sweet black unlimited this morning on 695. Got onto the outer loop at 70 and kept going when I got off at 295 south. Has some nice aftermarket wheels (8 spoke), lift and de-badged. The best feature was the super bright HID's! I was in my Accord heading to work otherwise I would have given you a wave and a

Back from DE - MD last week
I spotted two highly modified JKUs in Rehobeth having breakfast on Wednesday. Also spotted and got a wave from a dark blue JKU turning across 1 that morning.
I spotted a bunch of JKs around OC, but very few waves. I did spot a few JKUs on Assateaque as well!
Spotted a Mango Tango JKU with bestop doors as I was turning around south of the Indian River bridge. He tried to let me out, but some one further up waved me in. We still waved as we passed after the bridge.
Spotted a black JKU Rubi at the Wawa just over the PA/DE border on 202 North. We were heading in for a potty break, and he was heading out.
