Saw a black unlimited with a DARE license plate and grill inserts today on Westerly Parkway. No JK-forum sticker, but they waved so I wondered if it was someone on this board that hasn't gotten a sticker yet.

blue four door with trail rated stickers, project-jk.com sticker on top of the windshield, ~2" lift and a stinger on the front bumper spotted headed north on I-270 in Germantown, MD.
