Personally, I think what you have suggested is cool!! Yes, Flagpole may not be OVERLY challenging, but it has been a LONNNG time since we've been there, and it really is the company you are with that makes a great time!!!
So, if it is just us few couples, we will still have a great time!!

I agree it sounds good to me as well. I do enjoy a good romp up or down Dictums. I believe I have my wife talked into bringing her Jeep on this trip and that may just be toooo much for her We may be camping as well and have the dog and daughter.

I know Joan and I are looking at this as more of a backwoods camping trip and have zero interest in Dictums on this trip.
If we run across obsticles needing crossing to get or explore cool, otherwise I don't want this to be a wheel to obsticles trip but wheel to new adventures.
We should use it for finding new roads from the USFS MV Map back twoards WV or Flagpole.
I'll be reading the maps (since I printed them out).
