Anyone know of any local spots around the area within 45 min of VA beach? Just looking for something mild to get the new jeep a little dirty. I use to take my old ranger out behind the airport in Norfolk but drove by today and there's no trespassing signs everywhere plus it's just a small area with mud and that's about it. I was reading posts about a place by oceans but everything I read said it's pretty much illegal there as well, the posts were from a few years ago but doubt much has changed. Also kind of heard of a place out in Chesapeake off elbow road, no idea if that's legal or not but checking it out on google maps it looks decent. Anybody familiar with that area? I've done the research about the different orv's in VA but they are all a good drive away and I plan on doing an OBX trip soon but was just looking for something local right now.

 

Check out Starr motors in Suffolk, they usually have events behind their dealership. They have a fb page and the local off-road and jeep clubs/forums also post about events there.
