A friend and I are going to Hurricane Creek rd in Western, N.C. on 08/24/13. It is around mile marker 8 on west bound I-40, just before Tenn. line. Both of us have never been, so it will be like blind leading blind.

We are just going to make a day trip out of it. This is as far as plans as I have gotten. I have thought about meeting up on the west side of Shelby, N.C if anyone else wants to join in.
