Default Liberty Fire Company Car Show - July 18th

I wanted to put this out there to any forum members that would like to help out my local community fire company. My father puts this together every year with his mustang club. I was thinking and hoping for a strong JK Forum contingent to represent some Jeeps at the show this year.

The show is Sunday July 18th from 9am to 3pm, registration is from 9am to 12noon. Awards will be given to the top 10 cars/trucks, door prizes, DJ, food and flea market.

Pre-Show registration is $8, $12 the day of the show.

For more information go to Liberty Fire Company

Or you can PM for more details.

It's funny that the one they call "Ugly Duck" is closer to the type truck I wish we would move towards in the US. After seeing the German trucks, they are able to do sooo much more with their trucks and they are a much more manageable size for getting around city streets. Instead I have to drive an over sized behemoth down narrow alleyways and streets.

They do have one of the best looking brush trucks.

Yeah I know, I don't have anything do to with it other than showing up and helping my dad if he needs it. I plan on going to the All Breeds show on Saturday.

But if anyone wants to go Sunday I'll be there with my JK. It got an award last year so who knows, but it was one of two Jeeps last year.

I'm just heading to PA Jeeps for a day, so may be able to make the short drive (45 miles) down to visit you at the Fire Company show... I'll keep you posted.
