I've done plenty of those lifts, pinion angles are set easy on the JK with an angle finder and a jack under the diff. Lock in the control arms once your angle is set.
But, if you want a Jeep pro to install it, the price will DEFINITELY be a lot less than what he said. It's only 8 arms, springs, shocks, brake lines, and bumpstops.
