All Weather Tires in huntington station is a great old tire shop. If you plan to wheel it, go 35s.

More kudos for Grand Prix Jeep in Hicksville!!

Recently swapped my 2008 for a 2011.. Had a few items I needed taken care and when I called the dealer they told me they were on them already.. even before I called them!!

Can't say enough good things about them.. If you want a great experience with a purchase or lease, it's worth the trip. I dealt with Kevin D. & the mgr Dan R.

No affiliation with them, just a happy consumer... Awesome..!

just to clarify, I think that price is batshit crazy for carpets... and I am not looking for anywhere near that much hope that was conveyed in the first message hahahaha any good offer though will be considered.

Hey guys. I'm new here. I'm really thinking about buying a 4 door JK. Coming from a slammed Audi a3 it will be a big change. I'm in queens Ny. I was a big quad guy growing up and have ridden in many illegal Nassau and Suffolk spots. I just wanna know where do you guys wheel in the tri state area or even on the island. I really want to get back in the trails. Also what if I want to go on the beach. A buddy told me people drive on the sand off Robert Moses. I'm not trying to tear things up and I know it's mostly illegal but I'd still like to kmow of it's worth buying a jeep and living in queens.

No place to wheel on Long island that is legal. To buy a new jeep just to wheel it illegally and possibly lose your rig to the state. Kinda doesnt make sense to me.

As far as beaches go. Theres a bunch of different locations on the island to drive on the beach. Its not really wheeling. Just used so fisherman can get to there spots. Nothing exciting about it. Theres a bunch of rules that go with it.. ie you need an air compressor, porta potty, shovel, plank of wood (for jacking) snatch strap, fishy poles, tackle.... im sure theres more this is just off the top of my head. And it is also patroled.

If you buy a jeep your best bet is to wheel legally. But your gonna have to travel for that.

Welcome to the forums! I came out of a Stage III S4.. Dyno'd at 418 wheel HP and 476 ftlbs of torque.... Awesome drive. Bought the first JK after wrecking one of my three piece IForged Aero's. That wAs four years ago and I have been loving the JK's since. Just picked up a 2011 Mango.

You'll need a beach permit to get out on the sand near RM. Need to get it early in the year though as after March they are unavailable for the season.
