So the wife's job is moving her to North Carolina. So we will be moving this summer out side of charlotte. Any good trails, fishing or camping? Also are there any good jeep clubs or rides you guys go on?

Sorry, can help ya with your questions since I left NC in 1989. I can tell you that out of all the states Iǘe lived in, NC was my 2nd favorite. The only one that I liked better was CA.

It's still up in the air. I am thinking around July.

Uwharrie is your best bet from Charlotte, you can also make the run to the cost and drive on the beaches in Outer Banks, Corolla & Nags Head I believe and Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher State rec area. Gonna be over 4 hours drive one way from Charlotte to the coast.

Probably some other places west and south of you.
