For Stokes State Forest Camping:
http://www.state.nj.us/dep/parksandf...ks/stokes.html

The Stokes State Forest ride that we did was ok, but a little on the weak side. I just don't know the area good enough to lead nice trail ride.

I have been talking to a member of the NJJA (New Jersey Jeep Association) who knows the Stokes State Forest better than the Park Rangers do. I hope with his help to put a real ride together for all to enjoy. This will take a little while to do right so please be patient. I will post something in the NJ Jeepers and East coast sections....

This ride will be limited in the number of Jeeps that can attend so not to impact the Park for others......

Boots, I got a semi good map. It has the road we took the other day, and some others. Damon, and I might go up friday morning exploring. I know you have to work. I just want to see if we can find some more stuff. I like the area much better than the Pine Barrens. I think it might be because I went to camp there as a kid. I also really like the mountains, streams, and trees.
