I know this is not the F/S section but I would like to give the locals first chance. I selling the rails off my new Rubicon. $200 I live in the Hampton Roads area. I would be willing to meet half way for full price. With in reason.

 

Okay so don't laugh (I'm already laughing at myself for asking this)

I'd like to install a BB/2"/2.5" lift on my 09 JKU rubicon. But I'd like someone who has done it before to assist. I can pay in beer and hamburgers as well as travel costs. I also have a Kargo master congo cage and safari cage for a JKU that is YOURS if you have a box full of (ideally complete) old lift parts laying around that we could use.

I'm looking to spend $250-$400 if the safari rack swap does not work out. I am from another state so I have no tools or garage, but like i previously said, I DO have unlimited beer and charcoal.

anyone want in? please respond below. I am willing to go up to a 3" lift if anyone has one laying around they want to swap.

Anyone doing Peters Mill on the 3rd or 4th. My son and I will be on a 9 day camping trip starting from Cleveland thru Rausch Creek, then Gettysburg and ending the July 4 weekend in Luray. Would love to do Peters Mill on the 3rd or 4th but not solo.

 

Anyone have any info on mike wells auto in warrenton? Kicking around ideas of trading in my 12 and picking up either one of his sports that he's lifted then looking to swap axles in or go another route and try to stretch to a stock rubi elsewhere. Any input on him or his jeeps would be awesome.

 

Which is Mike wells!? I know the dealers trade (select?) up 29 seems to do the bare minimum to fit the tires under there. What are your goals for your jeep, I'm sure we could do most if not all of it in my driveway

My neighbor bought his 2013 Sahara from Wells. He hasn't had any issues however I think the original owner put the lift on, not Wells. I think my neighbor said he puts pretty inexpensive lifts on them but don't know for sure. I have seen some nice looking rigs there.

Wells auto sales. He puts a rough country 3.5 and any wheel tire combo you want. Think I'm just gonna save up and try to do stuff with mine for now. Was easy to work with and answered all my questions. Wouldn't mind down the road getting one from him

 

I'm about due for another blow out wrenching party in Warrenton Lakes. I'll keep everyone posted. Last one was over 50 jeeps and a cajun theme with jambalaya, etoufee, gumbo, and finished with a big bonfire
