remember what happened last time you used a hammer?
so can someone clarify how to get to the shoe creek trailhead? I unfortunately arrived later than expected and had a bit of trouble finding it. rather, I never found it.
I headed down Perkins Mill Rd, and followed it to the end (turned into a windy gravel road). at some point I remember seeing a sign for GWNF. it ended in a bunch of no trespassing signs..
concerned somewhat about being shot by some unruly hillbilly, I decided it best to turn around and head back down.
I thought maybe I was supposed to hang a right on Alhambra Rd, so I tried that and drove over a narrow little bridge and up another gravel road for a little while but it just didn't seem right. After driving around for a while, I got frustrated and headed back to Food Lion.
So anyways, I basically drove 3.5 hours to Lovingston, and drove back.
In the event that I go again, how the hell do you get there? lol

Sorry I missed you guys. I got held up in Richmond longer than I expected. It was a gorgeous day for hitting the trails. Glad to see some of you had fun. If any of you need directions or GPS points for the trail head PM me, I'll send you what I've got. Hopefully I'll be able to make it out earlier next time so I can hang out with you guys a bit. It's always more fun to hit a trail with fellow Jeepers

Shit, I don't know, I was just guess at that road as it seemed to fit the series of turns we made to get back to 56.
I just know at the end we came out at a little rest area. And Anthony, I think we need to respect that Hyundai sedan that was at that rest area. They had balls to keep going through that stuff.
