another side note about cops using cell phones while driving. There is certain information the dispatchers or other officers, prosecuters etc. sometimes have to information that can not be transmitted over the radios. Officers can recieve tickets for being on the phone when the call is a personal call or when they area off duty. They can only use a phone when driving if the call is law enforcement related.
Anyway, to the OP, did you find out what the cost of the tickets were?
