Trying to put together a small group of people to run greens and blues for the weekend after thanksgiving. Going to be my girlfriend's first time behind the wheel in my jeep so all skill and build levels are welcome.

Plan would be to meet in the parking lot around 8am on Saturday 11/28 and be on the trails until the sun is going down.

And she can run a black. I made my gf run drop kick out at BFE last month for her first time behind the wheel. Scary watching someone else drive though lol

 

Would you recommend a mostly stock '15 to do greens without too much risk of effin anything up?

 

Stock you should be able to do greens and most blues if you take it slow and pick your lines carefully.

 

Sounds good, I know the feeling. Just having her drive it on the street will get me nervous. She drove an easy section out in Moab last year, but hasn't driven my jeep since then.

 

I have Tom and Jake from Smashboogie 4x4 helping me gets some mods, upgrades, and repairs done. If I'm ready to roll by then I'm in.

Waiting on parts currently. Hope to have it to them by end of next week. Maybe they would be up for a run as well.

 

Anyone planning on going?

 

My JK is still down, waiting on the shocks to come back from Rock Krawler as well as some parts, tracbar heim joint, flex joint rebuild kits, etc. Not looking good for me.
