I'm in for both!
Questions and suggestions though. First, how are we going to handle the trail ride with the variety of rigs that are signed up. There are guys signed up from stock to 3.5" If we do all greens, you taller guys will most likely be bored. If we go big, the stock guys will be going home on a trailer. The way I see it, we have two options. We can put together a route that is all green, but has points that blue or black trails branch off and then run back onto the green trail. Or, we can split off into two groups and meet for lunch and then again at the end of the day. I'd be more than happy to lead the stock guys around the park. My driveshaft is a ticking timebomb right now, so I don't want to get too hardcore this time out. I know armadaskier has been to the park before, so maybe he could take the blue/black group, but that's up to him. Of course, if the weather is bad, we're all going to have our hands full with the green trails.
Second, when we get off the trails, we will most likely be looking at temps at or below freezing. Do we really want to have a meet & greet in the parking lot in freezing temps and fading daylight. Could I suggest we have it at O'Neal's Tavern in Pine Grove. It's only ten minutes down the road from the park and I'm sure we will all be very hungry and thirsty after a long day on the trails.
Let me know what you guys think.
*****EDIT*****: Just saw that the meet & greet was scheduled for before the ride, but same deal. Colder temps and everyone distracted with registration, airing down, disco, etc. So, maybe move it to afterward @ O'Neal's? Like I said, just a suggestion.

as for the trails and the run..... YES!.... LOL... i do understand about bigger rigs being bored with smaller stuff and smaller rigs not being able to do the big stuff. being a member here i sometimes do take trips with the more stock rigs just so they have the more exp. bigger rig with them to help them out if they get into a bind. but at the same time i do like to hit harder trails. im not trying to make this a run where you have to listen to me only i want everyone to have a say and have fun. im here as a guest to you guys and im just trying to get a group together. if someone from PA can lead it and show both modded rigs and stock rigs then
so if no one has a problem doing two groups if it get big or doing green with places that hit black or blue then thats great. just remamber its to bring some offroaders together to get to know one another swap stories and have fun...
what drive shaft are you having problems with? i might have a spare here or can pick one up driving towards the east coast some where.
Count me in. Mike I have a stock driveshaft I'll bring for you. I'll be happy to get it out of the garage.... If you want to meet a little earlier and toss it in your jeep let me know....

Also I just saw on the other thread about this trip for the peanut bar. Let's get a pretty good head count of people going to the bar if any and I'll call them.
***edit*** dcharge pine grove will definitely be closer to RC than the Peanut Bar in Port Clinton, guess we have to figure out where people want to meet up and exactly when we are going to get food and where people are coming from.
