Anyone in the CNY (Syracuse/Utica) know of any reputable shops that do re-gearing for a reasonable price? While i'm on the topic, would it be better to have a shop just buy the kit or should I buy the kit myself and pay just for labor. This is not a project I'm willing to tackle myself. Also, what kit manufactures are reputable? I want to do this once and only once. Looking to go from a 3.21 to likely a 4.56.

You'll want to let your installer supply parts so they can't claim it's a parts issue. While on the topic of parts, see if you can find someone who does Yukon gears. You can buy a lifetime warranty on the actual gear set for cheap and if your installer is guaranteeing their work then you should be in good shape.
