Its a good trail for going stock. You shouldn't have any problems. A lot of nice camping spots along the trail if your looking to stay the night. I just got rid of the Jeep or I would be in.

The reason I busted mine were 1. my lack of experience and 2. a spotter who wasn't paying attention. On our way off the trail I did the obstacle again and did not have any issues. I have since upgraded my steps.

The trail itself isn't too challenging so I wouldn't worry about them too much. I have a spare set in the garage if you bust yours up and need to replace them.
This is great to know. I am really looking forward to it! Hopefully I can build on my experiences from a few weekends ago.

I want to thank 08HokieJK for gettings us together. It was a huge learning experience for me thanks to Mud Pie! We all came off the trail without significant damage. My gas tank skid just got another scar to go along with the last one. In the words of my girlfriend "You need a lift and bigger tires". Hopefully we can get more people together again soon and do the same trail or a different one. I think I am becoming addicted......

Today was great! Definately a fun and challenging trail stock. I can't wait to go again. Thanks to the guys and girl who came!
