Yep, I've already been talking to him about it. The 'JK' I was referring to is the rig, not the logo...sorry if there was confusion with that.

I'll send more details out later...
I started the thread just to see who had a schedule for URE so that when I get back from IRAQ that I would be able to link up with fellow locals and test out my rig. It became the APRIL 18th thread with collaboration of benmar and jeepguyinMS along with all of you. The event in many eyes was the Uwharrie Season Opener Fun Run. Even though it actually opens up 1 APril or close to. But as for as the forum goes it is the first run scheduled as a group for URE.

Suggestion for a play on words could be "Uwharrie JK Fun Run" and place the date and location on it. Maybe wrap it aound the graphic you choose and place it on the back of a shirt Add a small graphic on left front breast area of the shirt. etc... Just a idea.

Thank you for offering to do this as well and let me know if you need anything in support of your effort I will be glad to contribute.

Ok Update on the Logo we are unable to use it however I will still get my guy to come up with something I will scan it and and if I can get your email Vandi will get it to you so you can get the shirts made I would like 3 myself 2 XL and one small.

As for being a Guide I cannot promise anything but I will give it a try. I should have a cb by then and some walkie talkies to pass out through the small group. As for my rig set up is in sig and the only trail I never went on was Daniel due to me being stock. They have maps at the Outpost where we get the OHV passes for the day or weekend. The maps are good however me and My Buddy John picked the best way to negotiate the trails on our personal maps and I should have that with me as well for the stock Jeeps. Regardless of who has what this is going to be a wonderful trip and adventure for all.

Some Items in the past that I have brought and are good to have just incase but not mandatory. The outpost is a stocked Store for the first timers in Uwharrie

1. Snacks of some sort ie. PB an J sandwhichs
2. Drinks ie. Sodas, bottled water, bottled tea, and energy drinks for instance
3. A couple gallons of Water
4. Spare water for washing hands and what not.
5. Always have a First-Aid Kit
6. Fix a Flat
7. Camera for the Scenery and of corse funny shots and whatnot.
8. Trash Bags
9. Flashlight
10. And Smiles and good attitudes so we can make this event a fun one for all.

Here is a link of the trails there and it also shows the camp grounds
http://www.cs.unca.edu/nfsnc/recreat..._trail_map.pdf
The Lower Badden Lake CG has trailer hook ups I believe but they all have showers and restroom facilities near them. It is also near the water as is the Upper camp ground just more secluded. I am so looking forward to this trip.

This should be a highlight. Going to bring the wife and 3 kids. I've taken the fam but at different times and not all together. The 5 Bair's 10,7 and 6 at once should be a trip. However I'm leaving the dog at home. What's the details on the shirts? That sounds great!!
