Call me a ball buster or any other names all you want for what I am about to say. I wont care.

These two pictures are prime examples of a wonderful ticket called "being off trail"! the road you were on is heavely traveled not only by 4x4's but also cars. yes i said cars and they do get through it. If Park Police were to roll up on you in those two situations. you would not only get the being off trail ticket, you would also get a fine from DEP/Pinelands Preserve.

This action is the #1 reason park police/DEP are cracking down! There have been discussions on closing the entire forest off from vehicle access except for 7 major road that run through it. i will be Dammed if i let that happen in my lifetime which is why I tried to warn and tell you from the beginning of the run at Atsion. Tread Lightly!

And i will be honest, when i am out wheeling and I see illegal wheeling I will warn that person ONCE! If I leave and come back and see your still doing it or doing it in another location, that person F**KED! DEP and Park Police are in my phone. I make calls right there and pictures taken.

I have done it and they have been prossecuted, and I will not hesitate to do it again.

 

Second on a lighter note.

anyone planning on wheeling wharton or any state gound, for the next two months is hunting season. Alot of guys, hunting and such out and around. Best days for wheeling in on sundays till february comes around.

 

Well actually you were not with us when this happened so you dont even know how i ended up in that hole so next time you should ask how i ended up in that hole before acting like a knowitall reject and opening your mouth about something that you dont even know about. I was actually driving down the trail very slowly and out of nowheres a penguin jumped infront of me and i had to swerve to avoid hitting it and i ended up sliding into the hole. Sorry next time ill just run it over for people like you that dont care

I said it was an example and so you know i do know what i am talking about. Not getting in a pissing match with you or anyone. tring to explain how to whell correctly in Wharton. The Park police wont care how you ened up in there. your there you get a ticket if seen. im trying to give advice and help. you dont want to listen and learn hard way fine.

 

Thats fine that your trying to say that you can get into trouble doing that kind of stuff as an example because then we all learn from that which is perfectly fine to say but when you add in at the end all that stuff about calling the rangers and having pics and what not, just makes you sound like an a$$. Next time just say thats not allowed and give a warning that one could into trouble doing so. Not using threats that youll call the staties on me cuz that will just put a sour taste in some peoples mouth about you me being one of them. Try to be a friend by advising not to do so rather then an enemy saying youll call the staties

Now we can no longer enjoy the 1/4 mile because the rangers shut it down. This is all because people don't respect the great resource that he have here in New Jersey. We have to protect it so that we can wheel here and generations to come can enjoy it as well!
