Default Finally moving on ^^ to 35's

Evening Jeepers, been a while since I had time for some upgrades. Even longer without logging on the JK Forum here. So I'll start by ... ...

Maybe it was the lack of a true lift and 31s that shamed me I went riding once last year with the crew. But that's all changed, well not all... But I got a me some 35's Duratracs and I believe I will follow that up with a fancy restaurant and expensive bottle of wine for my next ask from the wife...an essential lift kit

And most certainly look forward to breaking it in with a Bobcageon run with you guys and gals.

Question though, would a 3 inch lift suffice? And what, if anything would I need to extend i.e brake lines etc.

And the 17 x 8.5 MHT rims I got , are they enough of an offset for the 315/70/17 to not rub on the steering arm?

Thank all and glad to be back.

Default I want 35's too

My question is with the 35"s you will need to get a new rear bumper to carry the spare?

For the road youll be fine but off road i would recommend you get a tire carrier because of all the bumps and shaking off road comes with. And 2.5 is more than enough for 35. Hell you can run 37 with flat fenders and only a 2.5 in lift.
