Here's what I found on the Myra rd. there is a big run in May. They tell me that the easiest way is to start at Porters lake on the actual Myra rd and keep going to the end and keep right, the middle trail on map.

Next are pics of the map from start to finish close up with grid lines over-lapped so you have a good look at the whole trail and all the little ones off of it.

 

How long is the route any guess ? Im game for it . I'm thinking about buying a e bay snorkel (bad idea ) they look ok just hope it's not Plastic that would shatter if a tree branch smacks it ?

 

From start to finish its 7 miles as the crow fly, probably at least double or triple that on the trail

 

I believe the may run on the Myra rd is this Saturday may 12

Lol... I'm settled lol. I couldn't have gone anyway Mike.... working nights and half the day shift too plus I got called in to work on Sat anyway :-(

I did happen to come across 2 guys in cars with canoes strapped to their roofs stuck in the mud puddles on the tower entrance road to the pipeline on Thursday.... I couldn't believe what I was seeing lol

We can wait for the newness to wear off a little before you wanna go out Mike.... all the time in the world.... why rush a good thing
