Thanks RLT
Mine was changed earlier this year, and now is back to service with *also* again some noise coming from it.
I may permanently disable it

What sort of noise do you get from it ?
Just so I know what to listen for.
Also for what reason was it changed ?

You ever manage to get the indicator to show less than 9.9 l/100km?
This summer having a competition with myself I touched 0,77L/10km (always staying in OD at 92km/t before it downshifts)

WHO NEEDS A F*****G PRIUS???

MY JK is a 2010 Rubicon Unlimited auto. Remapped engine to 215ps/540Nm

My JK 2DR 2011 at 6000 km hit average 11.5 but recently I had 4.88 gears installed and:
* it got a nice power shot
* first ride with new gears was showing 16 l/100 km. Now after 900 km it fell to 14 and still going down slowly.

Just to mention I needed the new gears as it sits on 35' and lift which made this CDR engine very lazy. Now it got back to feel like stock impression or even better.

2012 jk stock 2dr 3600 k's 10.4 in the city taking nice and easy, 11.4 normal. Open highway 11.4 std speed (129km/h) or 9.6 in 6th and cruising at 90~5 ish.

update 7500 k's: a pic at 100 kph with very low average fuel consumption (had been cruising for 221 k's at that speed) sorry it was a bit shaky...for that trip It stayed below 10l/100 and distance was 860 km total (Paris to south of France by highway 6) with cruising set at 131 kph (gps according to WAZE)
