Is there an official hotel for this year? Any one offering discounts?

 

The Comfort Inn offers a Rausch discount and is the hotel of choice.......BUT, it's been sold out since the day they announced the event dates. There's also the Hampton Inn, but they want $168/night paid in advance and non-refundable. And finally the EconoLodge. It's cheaper, but I've heard nothing but bad things from multiple people that have stayed there. All three are in Pine Grove, immediately off I81.

There's a KOA campground nearby, or you could camp at the park for free. Both of these will be pretty full because of the shear number of people. I stayed at the park last year, and it wasn't as full as I thought it would be.
