Default 5 big tires! Do I need a lift!?

So I have a 2012 JK sport and 5, LT315/75R16 ProComp Xtreme A/T tires and I need some help....

1. Can I put these on with just adding flat fenders? Or do I need to put a budget boost/lift in?

2. What size rims do I need with these tires, obviously 16 inch, but how wide

Any help would be great! Thanks !

Yes you need a lift. 2.5" or higher. Usually 9" or so is recommended for tires that wide, but I'd check the manufacturer's specs. It also depends in whether you plan to air down low or not.

With flats and some trimming it might go. You might have to adjust your bumpstops too. You might want to PM planman. My buddy runs that size tire in a BFG and his wheels are 16x8.

What's your budget? Look into TeraFlex 2.5" Budget Boost (Mid $300), TeraFlex 2.5" Coil Lift ($700+/-)... To give you an idea.

Also, depends on your driving habits and future plans with the Jeep.

Wheels - I'd reccomend a good aluminum, I have 16" ProComp 7031 - inexpensive and do the job.
