Default Auto Log Off To Fast

Seems like every time I let the page sit idle while I check emails, do some work or open another browser I get logged out. Is there a way to stop this?

Hi,

As long as you not logging in with another browser, JK should not log you out. What browser are you using? Make sure you have 'Keep Me Logged In' checked when you login.

Ok thank you. I can't duplicate it and I've no other reports of the same issue. I will check with IB to see if there are other members with the same problem.

I have a similar issue although it involves every time I shutdown the browser. I have remember me checked and such but have to log in every single time. Don't have this trouble with any other forum so don't think its anything to do with my cookie settings

Hi,

Try deleting your JK Forum cookies and clearing your browser cache. That may help.
