i think thats what its called. the pic under your name. how do i get one, i've already got an album(dumb enough to figure that out)

yah but its picked from the list. now i want i pic of my jeep and i'm having issues down sizing a pic. can it be done here or does it have to be chopped with a camera/photo program.
