Cannot create new threads

I am a new member and it is saying i do not have permisions to create new threads. could i get some help with this please?

I'm having the same problem. It says something about a prefix or something and my app freezes. Also when I go to post for them 1 photo the app freezes.

delete the app and then reinstall it. That happened to me before and that fixed it for me.
