Cannot post pictures

I have existing galleries with photos. However, I get the following message when I try to upload more:

This picture exceeds your total album file-size quota

I deleted some photos out of the album even though I don't have many in there. However, the message is the same. The interesting part about the message is that it says "this picture" although at this point I haven't specified a picture to upload.

I have tried to post three times, adding pics but it just crashes and disconnects.

I apologize as I assumed your problem with uploading albums had been fixed. I will followup today with IB to seek a solution. You are uploading from a desktop? Thanks.

Its mainly the mobile app the mobile app is broken in many many ways. The desktop website works perfectly fine.

My problem occurred from the desktop. Did you do something within the last hour? I received the same problem when I tried earlier, but now it works when I tried it again as requested in your PM. Before this session I got the message about the quota in a pop-up window. Now the upload manager is displayed.
