Can't change Avitar
Can some one tell me why I keep getting an "invalid file" message when i try to edit my avitar. 
I have my image saved and resized on image shack and evrytime I paste the URL in the box and save settings I get that message. Am I doing something wrog?
Any help would would be appreciated.
