Any ideas can't figure out

At the "messages" screen where it lists your messages. Slide from Right to Left <--- on the message you want to delete. Then click the red box that appears on your right.

On my Droid X...go to the messages screen, find the message you want to delete, then hold down for 2-3 seconds and a menu pops up, delete is the last choice.
