double post and deleting?

The delete option is no longer available. Moderators will need to delete posts at your request. This will benefit the threads and discussions with keeping on track. Some times when one post is deleted, it can throw off a whole string of following comments/discussion. Please feel free to request post deletes from any of the forum moderators. Thanks guys! Jeep on

Mystery solved, thanks. As a suggestion: it would be nice if you could delete your own post within a certain time period (even 5 min.) to do quick fixes like this, when a post hasn't been up long enough to make any impact, or when for whatever reason there is a double post.

I hear you but apparently it's a double edge sword and if you have the ability to delete the post and it's a OP you could inadvertently remove the entire thread. Internet Brands doesn't use the feature and asks members to use the "!" icon at the bottom of the post to report it to the moderators for removal. I guess we'll have more work but good thing our members never make mistakes!
