I spoke with Internet Brands and was told that it would be helpful if you could provide any additional information such as:
• What operating system, browser & version are you using?
Windows 7, IE exp 8 at home, Windows XP, IE exp 8 at work, both pc laptops
• ISP info and connection type?
cox cable at home, work network at work
• Issue experienced such as low loading page, slow connecting, then good load, connection reset errors, 404s, etc. Also, the action being performed when this occurred.
slow loading new posts page, slow submit of posts, occasional error that website isn't working. slow loading new posts happened as late as yesterday. slow submit today.
• If you know how, is there a chance you could do a trace routes to this site - that would be helpful.
