I think I understand that the listed "Groups" are the Ones that JK-Forums is directly
responsible for... I was wondering if it would be some type of forum violation to start
a Group for a particular part of a State?
ie; The Hudson Valley of New York or The Pine Barrens of New Jersey...etc.
