How do i change/add to profile

Newbie here. How do I update my profile and add pics?

Take a look at the stickies that are permanently posted on the top of this section. Above your thread in forum support. Check out this screen shot for where to go for editing your profile.

Thanks. I was trying to do it from my iPhone. Looks like I need to do it from a computer. I'm fairly technologically challenged....

Yes, you need to do it from the full site. You can do it from your phone (go to full site on safari with iPhone or whatever web browser you use). It can't be done with an app.
