Default Leave Site?

Help! lol

After reading a thread I hit the back button and a box pops up asking if I want to leave the site. I have to click Leave each time I back out of a thread. Is there anyway around this? I've looked thru my settings and can't find anything. Thanks!

Using desktop & Chrome. And I didn't make any changes to the threads.

The prompt appears, executed by your browser, if you've added something to the message area/quick reply of a thread.

The core function is handled by the browser. It's also used throughout other websites where a user might enter information into a field and, instead of submitting it, trying to navigate away. It's the browser's function to try and prevent the user from losing any information they entered but didn't submit.

If it's continuously appearing for you despite you've done nothing, then maybe it's an issue with your browser where you may need to clear the cache.
