Default At max capacity in Upload Manager. How do I delete photos?

I seem to be at the max capacity of photos in my Upload Manager. I want to post more albums and different photos to threads. How do I go about removing photos from the Upload Manager to free up space to put in more?

Go to Forum Actions (at the top) > Edit Profile > Attachments (in the left column under My Settings). Check the attachments you want to delete, scroll to the bottom and click the delete button.

This deletes the photos from the uploader and not my actual threads correct?

I just did this and it deleted all the photos in the threads I posted. Pretty upset about it to be honest. Is there a way to only clear the uploader next time so I don't lose the several posts I put up?

Sorry about that. You should only delete the attachments that you are not using. The uploader is the storage area for your attachments. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Still a little confused. How exactly do I make more space or remove uploader photos. When I was trying to upload pictures to make more albums or attach photos to threads the uploader said I was full. I lost my albums too!! Guess I have to start again haha

I went to the Forum Actions --> Edit Profile --> Attachments.

And deleted the photos that I don't care about. However, they never deleted from my upload manager.....is there a time period I have to wait for them to be automatically removed?
