Is there a way to make the prompts stop after you have viewed the message ? The same one keeps popping up over & over, Its annoying.

 

Is the message being marked as read? Either delete it or manually mark it as read and I think that should fix your problem. If not, go to User/CP and click Edit Options in the sidebar. Scroll down to the subcategory Messaging and Notification and uncheck "Show New Private Message Notification Pop-up."
