You should think about making a forum about wheels and tires... that might cut down on the amount of REPEAT posts. Many people won't use the serach function, but they should be able to scroll down... (maybe).

I have an alternate suggestion: change the color of the Search button to something that stands out, like a burnt orange or lime green... that should make it more apparent to new users.

I don't know how other people use the site, but personally, I hit "Search > New Posts" and then go from there... it shows me what topics are hot and in need of my snarky comments.
