New JK Forum App update problems

this new version has destroyed the jk forum app... it's updated to comply with the IOS5 update.. what if you can't get the IOS5 on your phone..
if your like me and have an IPhone 3G you are screwed. does the app still work? yes, but with problems... 2 big ones
the posts have huge blank gaps between them. You need to scroll and scroll and scroll some more to read the threads
font overlays in many different sections making it impossible to read.
As an IPhone customer I decided never to buy another one of their products again because they have the perfect system to keep you constantly upgrading your phone every year. average phone contract is 3 years with no upgrad option till your 3 years is up.(I still have another year of this stupid phone) iPhone updates it's operating system making your phone slow and useless so you buy the faster phone. they come out with the iPhone 5 update before you get an iPhone 5 so you have to upgrade to have a functional phone! this is just terrible for the customer but great for them! they have lost 1 customer but it doesn't matter to them I'm just 1 customer.

I have 3GS and still run iOS 4.0
Never upgraded beyond that because of all this crap. Also do not plan to buy any crappy iPhone 4 models with all their bugs.
Also, before I update any app I read what they are fixing. If it's something that was broken I update, otherwise no. If they just say "several bug fixes" but do not list them, forgetaboutit. So, thanks to that I did not update my JK forum app.
You can still jailbreak your phone and move to CEDIA. Cannot be worse than iOS 5. ;-)

Sounds like you got a bad deal. We get upgrades every 18 months. And they even let my wife use hers early when we got a 3GS. Sorry for your situation but I would just go in to AT&T and try to get another not apple phone since you don't like them.

I had AT&T work phone and a verizon personal phone I have to use my personal phone for work calls due to dropped calls and no signal issues. AT&T does have better contacts BUT verizon network 110% better.
