Just to update this thread, we've finally heard back from ATT and it looks like they will be lifting the block they have on our automated emails. If you have an ATT email address or one of their subsidiaries, you should be getting email notifications from us again or, should be in the next couple of days. Unfortunately, Yahoo is still being a pain but, we are working on it. If you like to help out, please contact Yahoo customer care and let them know you'd like to have www.JK-Forum.com unblocked. They seem to be one of the only ones left.

Sweet; thanks for the update. I've been needing to change the email address anyway, so I'll just change it to my Gmail account and see if that helps.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that we've got just about everyone to clear automated emails coming from JK-Forum. The only real exception that we are aware of is Yahoo. We are trying to figure out what we can do to get us unblocked but, they have next to no support for this. If you have a Yahoo email account, the most I can suggest for now is to contact their customer care and let them know that they are blocking automated emails that you WANT from www.JK-Forum.com. I am sorry for the trouble and will continue to do what we can to get this resolved.

WOL - I tried but didn't get very far with Yahoo...

Oscar: What I would recommend at this point, is to have the mail systems administrator or the postmaster for their email (Internet Service Provider like Verizon, Comcast, etc. or the domain like google, Hotmail, etc.) contact us directly. Unfortunately, I am unable to do this task for you, it must be sent from the customer.

Oscar: They will need to email the post master of their ISP or domain with detailed accounts of what has happened.

Oscar: The address is usually: "postmaster@domain (examples of domains: MSN, AOL, Google) .com"

Oscar: Replace "domain" with the actual domain you are using or having issues with.

BLK08JK: Understood... he is telling us to contact customer care because Yahoo is not doing much to help him. What is the best method of contact for the site administrator?

Oscar: After describing the issue to them, please instruct them to use the Yahoo! Mail help pages:

Oscar: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/postmaster/

So I tried on your behalf... but not much was accomplished.

I don't have AT&T or Yahoo and I'm not getting email too - it started yesterday or today. How do I find where the problem is?

I literally just changed my email address from Yahoo to Gmail 1 hour ago and I am now receiving notifications. It's definitely something to do with the mail servers...

Hope this helps.
