Is it just not able to be fixed? Don't know how to fix it? I would think, with ads running, there is funding somewhere for IT to get the resources in place. Interesting, there have been numerous posts about this and not one explanation about why it persists. Maybe the Fed hired your IT crew to help out with SlobamaCare? LOL!!!

Hi!

The new IB AutoGroup app is the replacement for and supersedes the JK Forum app. I don't speak for IB technical folks, but I doubt many companies would try to maintain two different applications that do the same thing. Thanks!

Hi,

The app returns a parse error for some users when attempting to upload pics from their device. The new version, IBAutoGroup works from my IPad, Iphone and Nexus 7 without error. Thanks.

Im not good at this stuff so if I want to download a pic onto my JKforum app I first should download this new app the IBAutoGroup? Then it's 2 steps to post a pic out here? Or not someone explain please and thanks
