Just switched from iPhone to android. Pictures when I click on them are tiny and no pinch/zoom? Help! This is killing the forum experience for me!

 

I liked tapatalk much better than this app

 

It's my only real complaint but it's a pretty huge one. Probably half the appeal to this sight is pictures and I can barely see them. Not sure I understand why they would leave this important of a feature out when it's available in the same app on iphone

 

I'm in the same boat as you.

I used to be on here all day everyday, but ever since getting my new phone that's not an iPhone, I hardly get on since the photos don't display worth a damn.

I had the same issue when using the JK Forum app on my Android. Heck, probably 70% of the pictures themselves wouldn't even show up. Then the ones that would were small and you couldn't zoom. So I downloaded Tapatalk app and join the forum through that. With that one, all the pics show up nice and big, and I can zoom as much as I want. I like that app way more. You guys should give that one a try you'll probably enjoy the forums on your cell phones again.

 

Same here!!! IPhone app was great but, my new Galaxy 4s sucks for this forum. I got my new phone for the bigger screen to see pics on this forum better. Ooops!!!

 

Ok, so trying it out here. It fixes the picture issue but doesn't present things in the manner the other did. Can you easily get to the different threads like the old one?

Yep Yep! It took me a minute too but I found them all. I bought the new Galaxy Note 3 a couple weeks ago too so the pics are even bigger for me as opposed to my old Galaxy S3. Tapatalk seems to make uploading any pics I want much easier too unlike the JK Forum app I kept having problems with as far as uploads. If you're a member of other forums, you can usually add most of them right into the one app and post away. Simpler, faster, and much less memory used. So far I haven't found anything wrong with it. For me anyway.
