PM Inbox Issue

When trying to reply to PM's we are receiving the following error message:

Quote:

The following errors occurred with your submission

You have reached your stored private message quota and cannot send any further messages until space has been created.

We have cleared space in both the inbox and sent folder but are still having issues. Can a moderator or administrator please look into this for us.

We appreciate the help
