The software changes necessary to activate the restrictions via software are in progress by our tech IB JT. It turned out to be more than checking a box, I'll post when it is active.

To start a new thread in the the Market Place the requirement of registered 15 days and 5 posts is now being enforced via software.. As with the old classifieds, any registered member can reply to a thread.
