how do u upload pics to my.project-jk??

You have to register to open an account. Then at the top right click on upload photos. Select the pics you want to upload, from you computer, then click upload/submit. If the pics are too large they will not upload and you will have to resize them smaller.

You will need some type of photo editer. You can download something like "FastStone" photo resizer for free or use something like photo shop or even paint.

No, I don't remember the max size, but I usually size mine to about 800 x 600 pix. That seems to fit the forum width well.
