I would like to update my profile with a pic, however as I follow the instruction contained in the support section, I can't make it happen. Can someone help me to figure this out. Please keep in mind I'm 60 years of age, which means I'm not completely computer literate. Thanks.

Hi!

Thank you for your service!

You can update your profile pic from your user control panel. On the upper right (it's the lower one) you'll see your screen-name with a drop down menu. Follow the 'Settings' link and select 'Edit Profile Picture' from the list on the left. From there you can upload your pic from your computer or paste an external link to your pic hosted elsewhere. Questions? Thanks.

Thanks for the help. I appreciate it and hope it worked. Now how do I get rid of the "JK Newbie" label?

Now you have no profile pic. Pretty sure you have to delete the current one before adding a new one. You were successful at deleting the current one if you had one. But you may want to do the upload part again if you want a profile pic.

Edit: Nevermind, after I finished typing you had one.
